Once it reaches us, our team checks the product. Approved returns receive store credit.

What we need
The product should be completely unused and in its original condition, with tags, liner, seals and packaging intact.
Please don't send it back if...
The product has been worn, washed, damaged or altered. Hygiene is super important to us.
One important thing 📦
Please don't courier your return yourself. We arrange the reverse pickup for you, so wait for our pickup confirmation before sending anything.

If we sent you the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video showing the sealed parcel, shipping label and the issue.
Product damaged?
Manufacturing defects can qualify for a replacement or store credit. Damage caused by wearing, washing or using the product does not qualify.
Why do we need an unboxing video? 🎥
It helps us verify what happened during transit and resolve genuine delivery or product issues quickly. The video should be continuous and unedited.
Store credit that never expires ✨
Approved delivered-order returns are issued as Oofye store credit. You can use it all at once or across multiple future orders — whenever you like.
Cancelled your order?
Before shipping
Orders cancelled before shipping — generally within about 4 hours and before an AWB is generated — receive a full refund to the original payment method.
